Francesca came to Kensington Aldrich academy and did a series of empowerment workshops with our year nine girls. The focus was self esteem and confidence as we were concerned with some of negative influences of social media on the students’ beliefs. Francesca devised a presentation and creative workbooks, dissecting beauty standards, the impact of limiting narratives and a detailed guide on how to build self worth.
As the safe guarding officer for year 9, it was important to ensure the girls were in a safe space when dealing with sensitive subjects. Francesca managed this with ease and displayed wonderful levels of empathy. She provided tremendous insight into how to reverse negative thought patterns and we were particularly impressed by her ability to command the attention of the room. The workshops were uplifting and engaging and the students particularly connected with her compassionate nature.
The progress we witnessed with the group was unbelievable. We can’t wait to book her in again!

Francesca has delivered a number of projects for Orange Bow from team building workshops to a masterclass on motivation and goal setting. We had never had a life coach with us before and she gave us a great understanding into the core psychological principles of coaching and how to navigate through relatable issues that many of us face.
The team found the workshops inspiring and well executed. She also led a project for a group of young people guiding them on how to confidently face difficult challenges and overcome emotional barriers. The workshops were informative as well as interactive and the young people particularly enjoyed the creative spin of the project.
Francescas passionate nature and communication style is why she is so brilliant at what she does and the process from beginning to end was seamless. Thank you Francesca

I had 4 online coaching sessions with Fran and during this time, it has made me see that I am capable of a beautiful relationship with someone that is compatible with me. It made me realise that I need to raise my standards and expectations when it comes to dating men the breakdowns of relationships were not just my fault and that there was a reason for them breaking down. And that I am worthy of a beautiful long-term relationship with a man who is good for me. Fran was a good listener and reflected well what I was saying to her and enabled me to see different point of views. Fran was a very empathetic counsellor who was understanding, and I never felt judged by what I was saying. She made me feel comfortable and safe to talk about anything. I feel like my time with Fran has definitely shifted a lot of things in terms of myself and in terms of relationships. I look forward to the future and what the possibilities may bring now due to my time with Fran. I now have the ability to love myself more and set clear boundaries with men. Fran had some really good practical & creative activities that helped me on this journey.

Fran came to PetLab to do an Empowerment talk & Human Needs Psychology workshop for our women's group and it was wonderful! She was extremely engaging, insightful, open and friendly. I would very much like to have Fran come and talk with us all again some time soon and I know everyone else who attended feels the same.
